I don’t understand football at all! But I will sit and watch the commercials during the Super Bowl game and enjoy spending time with my husband. Some years we get together with friends from our Sunday School Class for the Super Bowl but my husband can admit that he actually loves to watch the game without a lot of other conversations and noise too. So our actual Super Bowl menus may be just ordering a pizza and using paper plates. I let him enjoy it how ever he likes. Honestly though, I enjoy the time with the other wives sitting in the kitchen and enjoying our party food. This week for the Home Matters Linky Party #168 we are all sharing some great super bowl party ideas for food, games, and decor for your own Super Bowl Party. #SuperBowlPartyIdeas #HomeMattersParty
Super Bowl Party Ideas + HM #168
As I mentioned before, I don’t understand anything at all about the actual game of football so for anyone else out there like me, I am very excited to share a post about some of the simple aspects of the game. And be sure to visit the other talented bloggers I picked to showcase their posts about great decorations and food for your Super Bowl Part.

Home Matters Linky Party Guidelines:
We are thrilled that you came by to link up today! Here are a few rules that hosts and co-hosts of the Home Matters Party follow, and we ask that you follow them, as well.
- Please link up no more than THREE posts each week–try to make sure that they are new links that you have not shared here previously. (Exception: Holiday/Seasonal specific posts may be shared once per year.)
- Please take some time to poke around and visit some of the other links.
- Please take some time to check out your hosts and co-hosts on social media.
- We appreciate the variety of blogs on the www; however, the Home Matters Party is for links on matters of the HOME. Please link accordingly.
- We ask that you do not add other Linky Parties, Blog Hops, or Giveaways–unless you begin the party with a new project, recipe or post.
- On the same note, please do not add links of an extremist, political or strong controversial nature. (The hosts and co-hosts read each and every blog post linked and will contact you directly if you have linked something that does not fit into the realm of the party.)
With your help, we can continue to grow the Home Matters Party! Thank you!

There is absolutely nothing wrong with ordering pizza for the Super Bowl. Sounds like a great way to party to me! Great picks for Super Bowl party food and fun. Stopping by from the #HomeMattersParty link up!
We are the same like you when it comes to super bowl, Donna. You are not alone 🙂 Love your selections though. #HomeMattersParty
Like you, we are usually pretty laid back when it comes to the Super Bowl. We may make (or have) a few snacks and order in a pizza. It is fun though to hang it with friends too. I have never actually hosted a party for the game myself, but you have some great ideas. Maybe I will throw a party myself this year. Thanks for sharing and co-hosting at #HomeMattersParty 🙂
