Now that the weather in Tennessee is warmer and brighter, I decided that I really needed a new wreath for my back entrance that displayed some bright colors for Spring. At the craft stores I have noticed lots of new spring colors painted on burlap ribbon in polka dot and chevron patterns. It has given me inspiration for my own version of a decorative painted burlap wreath.

Decorative Painted Burlap Wreath
For this project you will need:
- 8″ Wire Wreath Form
- White or Natural Colored Burlap Cloth or Ribbon
- Acrylic Paints
- Paint Brushes
- Scissors
The white burlap I had on hand was already cut into strips, so I just measured and cut them into 8″ lengths.

Meanwhile…Pets can make projects much harder sometimes.
During the process of cutting the strips of burlap I got ATTACKED!

Back to the wreath project…
