I love to cross stitch!
Did you know that Country Living Magazine features a free cross stitch pattern every month? Â You can find the links for the patterns at Country Living Magazine.
I recently completed one of their patterns from May 2015 that was a cute little pattern of a Ball®  jar.

So adorable!  Of course, being a southern lady with an avid love of all things made with mason jars, I also have the replicas of the Heritage Ball ® jars that were released from 2013 – 2015 in the blue, green and purple colors.
These jars sit on a shelf in my kitchen nook area.
I decided to recreate this same cross stitch pattern in the blue, green, and purple colors. I had to buy several colors of thread but think I eventually found a close match to each color. Â (I’m sure Country Living doesn’t mind that I expanded on their original design and changed the colors – wink!)
Mason jars are such a wonderful southern accent.
These four adorable little pieces now hang as companion pieces to a canvas my daughter bought me featuring vintage Ball ® jars that hangs above my kitchen table, right across from the shelf with the replica jars.
If you like adorable and quick cross stitch projects, be sure to check out Country Living’s website at www.countryliving.com/cross-stitch to download the free patterns.

Thanks Sam. I enjoy your linkup party each week.
I love ball jars as well! The vintage aqua are my fav, but I have some of the reproductions. Love the fun embroidery and your canvas is fabulous! Thanks for sharing with Share Your Cup. I’m sure it’s not intentional, but I’m not seeing our party listed in your link list.
hugs,
Jann

I love your little stitch pictures under the beautiful water colour! Thank you for letting me know about the cross stitch in Country Living. I will have to look back. Every year I make antipasto with my friend at her house. This would be a lovely little gift to bring for her kitchen.
They are very sweet and adorable. If you have problems finding the pattern on their site I will be glad to scan my copy for you.
