Last week I finished the last project for the year for my blog which I share below.  It is hard to believe that we are entering the last month of 2023!

This year has been hard and unlike any other year I have ever experienced.  It has been the type of year for our family that marks a distinct line in your life between before and after.  I haven’t been able to share any of the details on the blog or with my email subscribers but just know that having my blog has been a mental anchor for me this year. 

Getting to read through your posts each week has also been a pleasure and a joy. 

However, I have decided to take the month of December off to relax and recharge.  The party is usually shut down during the two weeks of Christmas and New Year’s anyway but I have decided to take some time to enjoy the entire month.  I plan to work on a writing course I signed up for and watch lots of Hallmark movies while cross-stitching.  My plan includes returning in the new year with a fresh perspective, new home projects, and some big changes to my blog. 

Even though I won’t be hosting the weekly link party in December, the party will continue on the other host sites if you decide to link up.
