We are so glad you are here with us each week.

This week we had our first winter storm in Tennessee and I have been housebound for 3 days already.  And more snow is set to return by the time you are reading this post. 

My daughter is at her place and is already feeling a bit restless and ready to get back out of the house.  I told her she needed a hobby to occupy her time. 

For me, I am okay with spending several days at home because I always have a DIY or hobby to indulge in that will keep me occupied during the day. 

That does not mean I won’t have a full-blown case of cabin fever by this weekend, it just means it makes the time go by faster while I am waiting.

What about you?  Do you find being snowbound at home a time to indulge in your favorite hobby, relax, and spend time with the family, or grab your winter gear and go sledding?
