Home Matters Linky Party #480

Welcome to the weekly Home Matters Linky Party #480

A great place to come, share your blog posts, and make new friends.

We are so glad you are here with us each week.

My husband and I are still working on our dated 1970s bathroom project for the One Room Challenge.  We are in week 7 when all the things should be coming together.  Honestly, our to-do list may be shorter but we are also feeling the crunch of the close deadline.  Especially since we have a trip planned to Charleston for next weekend.

We will make it, we always do.  It is not like we are going to get a slap on the wrist for not finishing in time.

The purpose of the challenge is to encourage the DIY community and to finally get a project done in your home on a time limit.  And we have done that so I call our project a success even if a few little things that the camera will never pick up are not done yet.

I know May can be a very busy month for everyone, especially with the end of school and graduation.

Our trip to Charleston next weekend is for our niece’s high school graduation.  We will also take a day to explore the beautiful historic town and enjoy some great food.

Happy graduation to all the parents and grandparents who will be watching their kids cross that stage this year!

I am so glad you are joining the link party this week and I look forward to browsing all the links over the weekend.

  1. Please take some time to poke around and visit some of the other links.
  2. Please take some time to check out your hosts and co-hosts on social media.
  3. We appreciate the variety of blogs on the www; however, the Home Matters Party is for links on matters of the HOME. Please link accordingly.
  4. We ask that you do not add other Linky Parties, Blog Hops, or Giveaways–unless you begin the party with a new project, recipe or post.
  5. On the same note, please do not add links of an extremist, political or strong controversial nature. (The hosts and co-hosts read each and every blog post linked and will contact you directly if you have linked something that does not fit into the realm of the party.)

With your help, we can continue to grow the Home Matters Party! Thank you!
