This week I took some time to do some rewrites and updates to some older posts on my site.  As bloggers we all know too well the need to update affiliate links, SEO keywords, and images to keep our posts relevant and user-friendly.  So this week I tackled some of the rewrites on previous years’ Patriotic projects, mostly because the Amazon links were no longer valid.  Yes, I should have probably reshared some of these posts earlier in the month, or last month to be honest.

But instead of kicking myself for waiting too long to update a few posts right before the holiday they celebrate, I am instead congratulating myself on getting them done early for next year.  It is all in how you look at things.  Blogging has changed so much in the last year with the big changes in algorithms and the release of AI products that I am sure I am not the only one wondering how to navigate all these changes.  I don’t have the answers. 

So many bloggers I used to see on our weekly link party are no longer blogging. What I do know is that I will continue to blog for the enjoyment of blogging and writing. And for the community of blogging friends I have found in the sharing.

All that to say I am glad you are joining us this week on the linky party.  I hope everyone has a wonderful 4th of July and gets a chance to celebrate with family and friends and watch the magic of the fireworks.
