Happy Thanksgiving weekend! I hope everyone had a chance to relax, spend time with family and loved ones, eat wonderful food, and enjoy the day.
On Sunday, December 1st, the Home Matters Linky Party Christmas Tree Decor Linkup will be live.
I have created this special link party as a fun way for anyone to share their Christmas tree decorations this year. Even if you don’t have a blog post or Instagram post dedicated to just your Christmas tree decor to share, the link party is also set up so you can upload photos with a caption. Be sure to include your name and a short description in the caption area so we know who to visit or like.
The linkup will be live until December 25th so there is no pressure to have your tree fully decorated this weekend. In fact, I only have one decorated in my house right now and it is the one I am sharing in my post below.
At the end of the month and the linkup, I plan to create some fun roundups from the links and photos shared. Hope you will join in some carefree fun during the season and get inspired by the creativity of others!

Today I am having trouble signing in. It may be an error on my part, but everything looks like it usually does – It says the party is open, and that there are 4 days to link up. when I put my info in and select my picture, all goes well until I press “save” and then it says “An unexpected error occurred. Please wait a minute and try again.” after waiting a few minutes I try again, and get the same error message. Please let me know if you have any suggestions for things I can do differently. thanks so much! Patty
Hey Patty. Sorry you were having trouble with the linkup. I see that you have shared a link on the party this morning so it looks like it cleared up for you. I will see if I have any error messages on the server from last night. I was having trouble with my site this morning too and I am looking into that as well. I think it was the recent updates but I am not sure. Thanks for joining the party.
