Home Matters Linky Party #596

Welcome to the weekly Home Matters Linky Party #596

A great place to come, share your blog posts, and make new friends.

We are so glad you are here with us each week.

Welcome to another weekend of the Home Matters Linky Party!

Now that September is here, I feel like it is finally okay to embrace Fall decorations, recipes, all things pumpkin, and, of course, early Christmas plans. Anyone else with me on that? Maybe it is my old-fashioned upbringing, where you had rules like you can’t wear white shoes after Labor Day, and you can’t put up your Christmas tree until AFTER Thanksgiving. I still have a hard time putting out Fall decor before Labor Day, but some traditions just stick with you. So, if you are like me and have been bottling up your excitement for the BER months to arrive, this post is your permission to go wild with the pumpkins, buy your first Pumpkin Spice Latte, and start planning your Christmas decor now! Thanks for joining us this weekend for another party. BTW – Joy is out this week, so welcome if you usually visit from her site.

Home Matters Linky Party Guidelines:

  1. Please take some time to poke around and visit some of the other links.
  2. Please take some time to check out your hosts and co-hosts on social media.
  3. We appreciate the variety of blogs on the www; however, the Home Matters Party is for links on matters of the HOME. Please link accordingly.
  4. We ask that you do not add other Linky Parties, Blog Hops, or Giveaways–unless you begin the party with a new project, recipe or post.
  5. On the same note, please do not add links of an extremist, political or strong controversial nature. (The hosts and co-hosts read each and every blog post linked and will contact you directly if you have linked something that does not fit into the realm of the party.)

With your help, we can continue to grow the Home Matters Party! Thank you!

We are looking for Co-Hosts. Help us build this party!

  1. Thank you for hosting this party each week! Like you, I don’t like putting out Fall too early (and definitely NOT Christmas!) ~ so my concession is substituting some apples & my wooden squirrel (#45), plus Fall leaves table runner, kitchen towels & placemats for the Summer ones. There will be more than enough pumpkin everything later, so baking is apples, pears and peaches (with Fall spices). Catch y’all again next week!

  2. Happy September!!
    My Link Ups for today’s party are # 11, 12 and 13!!

  3. I’m more of a “not rushing the seasons” and “live in the moment” kind of gal so my fall decor won’t go until September 22, the first day of fall. I’m gonna enjoy every last day of summer, which shouldn’t be hard as it will be 91 degrees today. ha ha. Thanks for the party.
